Our processing history in Asia began over a decade ago, when our raw materials division sought to become vertically integrated by investing in developing the capacity to process raw materials into finished products that could be exported to industrial clients on a worldwide basis.
Developing the necessary production skills to satisfy such customers has enabled our production staff to acquire the necessary experience and skill sets to compete in today’s global seafood economy.
Our plants have obtained HACCP and BRC (British Retail Consortium) accreditations and approvals. We have met all MSC Chain-of-Custody requirements and we only source and process the highest quality “Wild-Caught” and sustainably harvested raw materials.
